Order

We advise our customers to read carefully the terms and conditions as listed below.

  • All orders are accepted through e-mail or phone call only.
  • Upon confirmation of order, we will check the availability of the plants and inform you on the pricing. All plants are subject to availability and we reserve the right to remove any plants from sales at any time and to limit to certain quantities only.
  • All payments must be made in advance. Please read the ‘Payment’ section for details. Upon receipt of the payment, plants will be shipped to Malaysian customers within 10 working days. For international order, we will let you know the estimated days needed to ship the plant to you.
  • There is no minimum order for local customers. We will let you know the total price in hand.
  • Minimum order for international customer is USD100.00, excluding handling charges, documentation fees and shipping.
  • a. Handling fee is USD5 per species.

    b. Documentation fees for international order are compulsory unless instructed 
        otherwise. These include;

    - CITES (Convention of International Trade of Endangered Species) and
    - Phytosanitary Certificates.
    - Both the CITES and Phytosanitary Certificates cost a total of USD20.00 regardless the
      quantity of plants per shipment.
               
    Upon getting the approval from the local Agricultural authority, we will prepare the plant for shipment.

  • International customers need to prepare the import permit (if required) from the country of origin. Please check with your local agricultural authority/local Inspection Office on the current rules and regulations of importing plants from overseas.
  • It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that Import Permits and Phytosanitary Certificate requirements for their country are current. We will not be responsible if the shipment is confiscated by your local authority. Thus, it is important that you advise us on this matter before we ship the plants to you.

Payment
 
  • Please make payment through our bank account. For international customers, it can be done via bank transfer and for Malaysian customers by depositing the money directly into our account. The bank’s details are as follows;

    Please send us the copy of cash deposit slip/bank draft etc. through email (scanned) or call/sms us the details once you have made the payment. We will process your order upon confirmation of the payment.

  • Please exclude any bank service charge if you are making the payment by using bank draft etc. Additional bank charges should be paid by the customers. We reserve the right not to ship the plants if the payment received is less than what has been agreed when the order is made.
  • We will send the receipt of your payment together with the plants ordered.

Shipping
 

A.   Local Shipment

  • We will ship the plants bare root unless instructed otherwise.
  • Local shipment will be sent by Pos Laju (Malaysia). We will inform you through email/sms once the shipment has been made.
  • Pos Laju service will take a minimum of 1-3 days to reach the customer’s address. Please do not give us the P.O. Box address as the shipment will be returned to us. This will incur additional shipping charges to the customers when we resend the plant to you.

B.   International Shipment

  • We will ship the plants bare root unless instructed otherwise.
  • International shipping will be sent by Express Mail Service (EMS). We will inform you through email once the shipment has been made. However, we do not guarantee that the shipment will arrive to your home address within the time specified by the EMS. 
  • Each shipment will be accompanied by Phytosanitary and CITES Certificates issued by the Department of Agriculture of Malaysia.
  • Customers in cold areas are advised to hold their orders until the weather permits us to send the shipment (usually between late November till early March). Customers may instruct us in writing to proceed with the shipment and must be held liable if the plant is damaged when arrived at your place.

Note: Please inform us in advance if you want us to send the plants by different shipping carriers (UPS/FedEx, etc). We will check the shipping price and advise you accordingly. The customers are also responsible on the insurance of their orders, if required.

Damage Shipment
 

We guarantee that the plants are packed and boxed properly before we ship it to you. However, if the shipment is damaged due to carrier’s mishandling, please file your complaint/claim to the shipping carrier directly by providing the necessary information.

We also advise all our customers to inform us when the shipment arrives at your place. We will be very happy if you receive the shipment in good condition!
